The Business Advice Service manages the flow of emails between Visitors and Advisers, extracting questions and answers into a growing Knowledge Base. The extract/review process removes all personal information from these Enquiries.

The Enquiry KB is available to Visitors and Advisers through a simple enquiry form interface.

The Enqury KB search enables rapid location of previous, similar questions and answers and can provide an instant answer to your question. This is of great benefit both to Visitors, who avoid the Enquiry/Response turn-round time, and Advisers who avoid repetitive questions and can focus their time on more complex enquiries.

The KB Search option provided on the front page of the site displays a simple form that can be used to defined your search criteria. Just input your search and send. The system will display a list of related Enquiries and responses - perhaps answering your Enquiry immediately!
