This is of great benefit both to Visitors, who avoid the Enquiry/Response turn-round time, and Advisers who avoid repetitive questions and can focus their time on more complex enquiries.

The KB Search option provided on the front page of the site displays a simple form that can be used to defined your search criteria. Just input your search and send. The system will display a list of related Enquiries and responses - perhaps answering your Enquiry immediately!
